Standing Circuit Class
This more advanced, 30-minute, exciting circuit class, is designed to improve muscle strength, balance and co-ordination, and breathlessness. Led by our physiotherapists, this 6-week exercise class includes a warm up, aerobic circuit exercises (balance, weights, exercise bike and more), followed by a cool down.
As the class is run as circuits each exercise can be tailored to your level of fitness and needs.
Attendance at this class is by referral only. Please speak with your St Catherine's care team, or email stch.wellbeing@nhs.net, to discuss whether these sessions are suitable for you.
